The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, directly or indirectly, at least 80% of its total net assets, which include borrowings for investment purposes, in the common and preferred stocks of companies located in Japan, and may invest the remainder of its net assets in other permitted assets on a worldwide basis.
